AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
These Terms of Use (“Legal Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“you,” “your”) and Beat My Rates LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia.
We provide insurance brokerage and related services through our website, landing pages, enrollment portals, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. OUR SERVICES
Beat My Rates LLC is an independent insurance agency. We provide:
• Health insurance enrollment assistance (Marketplace/ACA)
• Medicare Advantage & Part D enrollment assistance
• Life insurance quoting and applications
• Supplemental insurance products
• Insurance consultation services
We are not an insurance carrier. Insurance policies are issued by third-party insurance companies. Final decisions regarding coverage, claims, underwriting, and premiums are made solely by the insurance carrier.
2. NO GUARANTEE OF COVERAGE OR SUBSIDY
We do not guarantee:
• Approval of coverage
• Eligibility for APTC subsidies
• Medicaid or Medicare approval
• Policy renewals
All determinations are made by CMS, Healthcare.gov, state exchanges, or insurance carriers.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not misrepresent income or household information
• Not attempt to manipulate subsidy eligibility
• Use the Services lawfully
Providing false information may result in cancellation of coverage, subsidy repayment obligations, or legal consequences.
4. COMMISSIONS
Beat My Rates LLC may receive commissions from insurance carriers if you enroll in coverage. This does not increase your premium and is regulated by federal and state law.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, text, graphics, and digital materials are the property of Beat My Rates LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Georgia courts.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Beat My Rates LLC is not liable for:
• Carrier claim denials
• Subsidy adjustments
• Coverage cancellations due to inaccurate information provided by you
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to us, if any.
8. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to electronic signatures, communications, and records, which are legally binding.
